The 10th Pacific School Games will be held in Adelaide from 3 – 9 December 2017 with over 4,000 school-aged students from every Australian state and territory and at least 12 countries, aged 10 – 19 years will compete in 11 sports – Basketball, Touch Football, Diving, Football (Soccer), Golf, Hockey, Goalball, Netball, Softball, Swimming and Track & Field – across 18 of Adelaide’s best sporting competition venues.
Sponsors for this event include the South Australia Tourism Commission, the University of Adelaide and Virgin Australia in bringing the Games to life. The Games is also officially recognised as an Olympic Education Program by the Australian Olympic Committee.
Organisations and businesses have the opportunity to engage and promote their brand to visiting athletes, families, officials and supporters by exhibiting at the Festival Hire Games Expo located within the Games Village.
About the Games Village
The Games Village will be located on the Maths Lawns at the University of Adelaide, North Terrace. The Games Village will be a hub of activity each weekday evening from Monday 4 to Friday 8 December during the Games.
From 4.00pm to 9.00pm each evening there will be live on-stage performances, live sports wrap show, international food expo, giant screen for live swimming finals and the days highlight packages with a range of interactive opportunities.

Each night an estimated 1,500 – 2,000* Games athletes, families, supporters and visitors are expected to visit the Games Village and Festival Hire Games Expo. Booth Details
Single or double booth spaces are available providing exhibitors with the opportunity for increased brand awareness and exposure. Exhibiting is from Monday 4 to Friday 8 December 2017.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to custom design their stand to represent their brand. Festival Hire can assist with upgrades like furniture, AV or any styling requirements. Please contact the exhibition coordinator for festival hire contact details.
Booking/Cancellations
To secure an exhibition space, bookings must be completed by filling in the registration form by Thursday 9 November 2017. Upon receiving the completed registration form, an invoice will follow to secure the space and full payment is required prior to exhibiting. Pricing is based on exhibiting for 5 days, Monday 4 December to Friday 8 December 2017. Should an organisation wish to reduce the number of exhibiting days this must be discussed with the Exhibition Coordinator and any change to costings for not attending on all days is purely at the discretion of the Exhibition Coordinator. Prior to the Games Village opening, should any consecutive exhibiting days be cancelled, no refund of the exhibiting fee will apply. For reference, an exhibitor handbook will be provided to all exhibiting organisations prior to the opening of the Games Village.

All exhibitors must meet and comply with the Event Organisers statutory requirements .
*The estimated attendance is not guaranteed however every endeavour will be made to attract this number from over 10,000 people that will be in Adelaide for the Games as well as the local community.
